Yes. Most guests fly into Los Cabos International Airport, rent a car, buy major groceries before heading out, and drive to Cabo Pulmo during daylight. The final approach includes dirt and washboard road conditions. A 4×4 is not always required, but a high-clearance vehicle is recommended — especially after weather.

Most international and US connections route through SJD, on the south end of Baja Sur. Plan arrivals that get you on the road well before sunset.
